Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates can also be viewed directly through your Shopify order page.


Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high-volume shipping periods. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
