Purchasing from this site, you understand and agree that all sales are final• Due to sanitation and customization purposes, we cannot resell once orders are shipped, used, or lace has been cut or altered. We can and will make alterations if it is at our fault, but returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Shipping for alterations will be covered by (you) the customer, unless it is at our fault. i.e wrong order, product. This is listed throughout our website and product descriptions.
